THE STREETS — FACTION RULE BOOK GENERAL FACTION RULES • Prolonged inactivity from a gang will result in disbanding of the faction. • Roster removals must be communicated to faction management in #role-request by a Faction Leader/Owner. • If disbanded, you must remove gang clothing or face an FRP ban/comserv. • You cannot wear another gang's clothing to slide while your gang isn't in the city. Represent your own gang only. • You must let the opposite gang drive off after announcing. Shooting them as they drive off = 24hr ban. • Do not spam "Leave my block" 3x fast — make it clear all three times over at least 1 minute. After 3 warnings the gang may remove you from the block (kill you). • Aiming at someone, threatening their life, shooting car tires, or going through their trunk is all initiation — the opposing gang may kill you. • Initiating in a GZ will result in a faction strike. • You must wear AT LEAST 1 piece of gang clothing at all times (chain, flag, etc.) that clearly shows your gang. • No driving and shooting under any circumstances. The vehicle must fully stop to shoot. Caught = adminjail for FRP. • Each gang may have 1 owner and 2 leaders. Whoever opened the ticket is the only Gang Owner. Choose your leaders wisely. • No carrying/piggybacking in cars while sliding — a 6-seater holds 6. Drive in different cars. Carrying = exploiting. • You CANNOT camp/ambush a gang block if no one is around. A block must show activity to plot a scene. Caught = strike for FRP/powergaming. • Any use of /scalemenu during faction RP is prohibited. Caught = pointed for powergaming.
FACTION REPORTS • Reports require video evidence: a 2-minute clip leading up to your death, valid video AND audio, mic ON. No proof = nothing we can do. • If your clip has no audio, it is invalid. • Only Gang Owners/Leaders or affected civs can push for a strike. • You may only report an incident from the past 24 hours.
FACTION ALLIES • Factions are allowed only 1 alliance. Both gang OWNERS (not leaders) must approve in a ticket. 5-day cooldown before a new alliance. • Once allied you inherit beef, but you cannot slide/rob opposing gangs without your ally present — we want more RP. • You cannot depend on your ally's beef to slide and rob gangs. • You are FORCED to play your block for 15 minutes after attacking another faction block anywhere. • You cannot rob or kill a person on a crutch. • No sliding with civs — all members must have gang roles in Discord and wear identifying clothing at all times. You cannot remove gang clothing for civ activities. THIRD PARTYING IS NOT ALLOWED IF NOT ALLIED
CIVILIAN INTERACTIONS • Killing innocent civilians shall never occur — this results in a Gang Strike. • Only in extreme cases where civs interfere with shootouts or provoke you disrespectfully. • Do not initiate with no civ unless you want to get drugs/guns off. • You may rob/kill a civ on your block after telling them to leave 3 times (clearly, over ~1 minute) if they refuse.
CHEATER CAUGHT • Any gang member caught cheating = a Gang Strike for the gang. • If the Gang Owner is caught cheating, they must transfer ownership to a Leader. Refusal = disband of the gang.
NEW LIFE RULE • Any shooting while EMS has exited their vehicle = Gang Strike. • If all your members are downed and no one present informs you of what happened, and your gang respawns, you cannot use those memories to spin back. • Caught spinning back after everyone dies = Gang Strike.
ROBBING RULES • You must fear for your life if outnumbered 3:1 or more. Not fearing = Gang Strike. • At 2:1 you may defend yourself if your gun is already out. At 3:1 you must fear even with your gun out. • At 1:1 you may try to defend yourself. • To rob 3 you must have 6 — double the numbers when robbing. • If the target is in a running vehicle they can drive off. If the vehicle is off and they're outnumbered 3:1, they must get out and fear. • You cannot kill someone who has complied with a robbery = Gang Strike. • For a valid robbery, guns MUST be pointed — not just "out".
GREEN ZONES • All parties and events count as green zones — no faction attacks during them. Build RP, but slide on each other's blocks. Fighting/shooting in or outside an event = Gang Strike. • Green zones are not a safe zone to sell drugs — this is FRP. • Running into a green zone from a scene is powergaming = Gang Strike. Player owned/useable businesses include but are not limited to: - Clothing stores (inside) - Main clothing parking lot - Suburban clothing store (sidewalk & side parking lot) - Events (unless said otherwise) - Hospital - Police station - Player owned businesses (inside only — parking garage is not GZ) - Casino (inside only) SHOOTING IN FRONT OF THESE = POP-OUT RP — YOUR GANG WILL BE POINTED FOR FRP. DO NOT DO IT OR YOU WILL SWEEP/HOLD A BAN (Please read the Main Discord for the rest of the green zones.)
POLICE / EMS FEAR POLICE! RESPECT EMS! • Failing to RP with PD = No Intent to RP ban, or adminjail. • If police initiate by shooting a taser at you twice and missing, you may shoot back. • Criminals must provide quality RP with PD. Low-effort RP = consequences. • Do not shoot PD without proper RP behind it = Gang Strike + a week ban for the member. • If your affiliate is in handcuffs, do not attempt to kill PD — let the scene play out. • You cannot start shooting PD unless you're in an active shootout and see PD pull up and step out. • On your block with guns out, PD cannot arrest you (force RP must be 3:1), but you should fear PD once noticed. • On your block shooting peds/selling drugs when PD arrives with your guns out = probable cause arrest. • If a member is being arrested, you cannot aim to make the officer drop them. Assume backup is coming and fear. • You cannot rob PD = Gang Strike. • Breaking into the police station to "save your friend" = FRP ban. • Invalid scene with PD: wait until it's over to report, clips ready (2 min minimum). • If PD sees you carrying a firearm in the open/public roads, they may detain/arrest you for no valid license. • EMS is a walking greenzone. Shooting while they revive on scene = Gang Strike. • Once EMS picks someone up the scene is over — you cannot kill them again (even if EMS pulled off) = Gang Strike + ban.
